Can I pay cash? 

Of course you can pay cash but it is not our preferred method of payment! Please bear in mind that our drivers will be told beforehand which customers are wishing to pay cash. If you want to pay cash please have the exact change available, our drivers do not carry change as 90% of customers do not pay cash. If you are not home the driver will call you to arrange payment, if you are not able to pay promptly they will not leave the food and continue with their deliveries. 

How do I place an order?

You can order directly through our website, limited availability orders after our cut off can be made on WhatsApp . Simply choose your meals, select your delivery date, and check out.

Can I order after the cut off? 

Of course you can, we love customers who love after the cut off! We always make extra meals but the only way to guarantee your order is to be on time. Any messages or orders after the cut off will be limited availability. 

What days do you deliver?

We have two services: Sunday/Monday and Wednesday/Thursday. Ideally we do all our deliveries on Sunday and Wednesday evenings 17:00-22:30, Mondays and Thursdays are 08:00-18:00, reserved only for special requests and if the kitchen experience unforeseen circumstances. You’ll see available delivery days at checkout.

Do you do delivery slots? 

We do not do delivery slots. We have between 5-10 delivery drivers doing between 80-140 deliveries, all leaving the kitchen at different times. We give the window of 17:00-22:30 because there are so many variables with our delivery service. It would be impossible to give every single customer an accurate delivery time. If we did, we would be at least an hour later. 

Do I need to be in to receive my delivery?

No, your meals are delivered chilled so they can be left in a safe place short term if needed. If the outdoor temperature is below 5° they can be left as long as you like. 

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver across Greater Manchester, check our Delivery tab to see if we cover your postcode. If you can’t see yours listed, drop us a message maybe we could work something out.

Can I split my delivery between Sunday and Wednesday?

Yes of course, if you want to split your order between Sunday/Wednesday or Wednesday/Sunday we will apply any relevant discounts. Be aware that you will be charged two delivery fees and both orders need to meet the minimum order for your postcode.

Meals & Nutrition

When is the new menu out? 

Our menus run Monday-Sunday. We usually post a new one every Monday which will be available for the following Wednesday delivery and Sunday delivery. Then a new one will be posted on Monday. 

Can I make changes to the meals? 

The short answer is no. With meal preps everything is batch cooked meaning that we could be cooking 100+ portions of pasta sauce at once, you cannot request “no onions”, it is not possible. If you would like us to leave off any garnishes, that is no problem but if you have any requests please message the WhatsApp and we will let you know if your requests are possible, they are not guaranteed. 

Are your meals fresh or frozen?

Our meals are delivered fresh, never frozen, and are designed to be stored in the fridge. You can freeze them but we recommend letting them thaw out before reheating. 

How long do meals last?

Each meal comes with a use by date, typically lasting 4–5 days in the fridge depending on the dish.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

We have tried vegan/vegetarian/pescatarian meals in the past but the demand was not high enough. This meant that we honed in on chicken and beef. If you have any allergies or intolerances, drop us a message and we will let you know what is suitable from the weekly menu.

Can I see the nutritional information?

Yes, all meals include full macro and calorie breakdowns on the packaging, menu and website. You can also scan the barcodes to track your meals on MyFitnessPal.

What can you guarantee in your meals?

All meals are made with fresh ingredients and include:

30–65g of protein

At least one portion of vegetables

Under 600 calories

Storage & Heating

How do I heat my meals?

Open the lid and heat in the microwave for 3.5 minutes (times vary depending on portion size and microwave power). See the label for each dish. 

Can I freeze the meals?

Yes, all meals can be frozen, but we recommend eating fresh for best taste and texture.

Subscriptions & Payments

Do I need a subscription?

No, this is a pay as you go service, you can order as a one off or set up a split order delivery. We prefer the idea of having no tie ins or subscriptions as people’s plans change and we don’t want our customers to feel obligated.

Can I order for the week and have two deliveries?

Yes, if you order 18 meals (example) for the week and want half Sunday and half Wednesday, we will apply the relevant discount to both orders. Be aware that you will be charged two delivery fees and both orders need to meet the minimum order for your postcode. See the Delivery tab for more info.

Are your meals made fresh?

Yes, all meals are freshly prepared in our kitchen by chefs, using quality ingredients.

Do you use preservatives?

No unnecessary preservatives are used. We rely on freshness. 

Who are your meals for?

Our meals are designed for anyone who wants convenient, healthy eating. We cater for gym goers with specific goals to busy professionals wanting to save time. We also feed single parents who don’t like chicken nuggets or anybody who hates supermarkets or washing up!
